To address the social, cultural and economic needs of young people and their communities, SpeakOut is committed to the ongoing development and delivery of a suite of creative, community and industry based programs.

Stylin’ UP Regional
Through arts, culture and storytelling, Stylin' UP Regional works with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people to strengthen, celebrate and determine their identity and future. Each year, the program culminates in Australia’s largest Indigenous youth music and dance festival.

ORBIT Creative Pathways and SpeakOut Traineeship
ORBIT is an 8 week skills exploration, development and transition program that involves practical and 'hands-on' workshops and training in illustration, photography, film & video, graphic design, music, multimedia software, self-promotion, and industry network development and mapping.

By participating in ORBIT young people are given the opportunity to apply for the 12 month industry and career development program - SpeakOut Traineeship. Trainees are employed in an integrated and flexible program that combines nationally accredited training (Certificate III), creative skills development, self-devised projects and work for select clients.

Creative Pathways in the Central West
Creative Pathways in the Central West supports young people and their communities to access and develop creative skills and pathways, diversifying from traditional rural engagement towards creative and knowledge-based industries and technologies. The initiative aims to enhance the cultural and economic viability of the Central West Queensland region.

Centre for Change and Entrepreneurship
A centre of innovation and excellence for social, community and creative enterprise that demonstrates, tests, resources and develops leading enterprises and entrepreneurs. The Centre operates on an integrated 3 stream model - Modelling Enterprise, Seeding Enterprise (Innovation Hub), and Skilling young Entrepreneurs (Masterclass program).
